    I upgraded to os 10.2.0.429 yesterday but since have not been able to view any of my pictures. Clicking on the pictures icon takes me into the last thing I was viewing ie browser, FB, contacts etc. Videos etc work ok and if I send an email and attach a photo the pictures are there
    I have rebooted several times but to no avail.

    Can anyone help or suggest anything please?

    Hi I did it on the device itself through the system upgrades in the settings option.

    It's a strange problem. Have you tried checking your media card for errors

    Could be the trigger causing the picture app to crash
