I just observed that when phone is open and in phone settings is ability to block all international incoming calls.

It is asking for a Password, I don't have a Password set up on my phone, it seems to be limited to numbers and not letters, I used what I normally use for numerical pin number and no good.

What's going on here the I cannot use this function because of this PW thing?

I have recently wiped and reload bb10.
