Is there a way to get to the Phone Settings through the main settings menu? I didn?t find it, and eventually found that when I'm in the Phone section, I need to swipe down for the settings. But I would think all settings should be found through the main menu.

Technically, I think the phone is considered an "app", so it has it's own settings like other apps. But I agree, it isn't actually intuitive.

No - you have to access through the phone app

Just remember the next time you want to change a setting in a app to swipe down from the top of said app
