    So after waiting for a long time and having no notification for update (10.3.1) I chose to get the update via sachesi.

    After updating to Z10STL100-2/10.3.1.2243. I experienced that every time I switched my device on it resets to defaults as if I wiped it.

    All my email accounts vanish even I have to login to my BlackBerry id each time.

    Please help me anyone I'm in the middle of a trip with just my z10 to communicate and this problem is making me go mad.

    KB36747-All data is deleted following a manual restart of the BlackBerry 10 smartphone and a blue LED is displayed during boot up
