I have a Z10 on Verizon, and we have the old OS(10.9), and sometimes when I'm using the phone it just stops and restarts. One other time the phone had just died, and while I was restarting the phone it froze when it was 100% loaded, I did a battery pull. It's restarted maybe 5 times now. Any advice, should I get a replacement device?

You can maybe try an exchange but the rebooting is sadly pretty common on the VZW phones. The VZW OS you have is behind the other phone companies and might be the cause so if you dont want to try and exchange you might be able to get an update soon to fix the issue

The rebooting is common on VZW Blackberries, or VZW phones in general?

Verizon Z10 issue. My Verizon Bold was pretty rock solid. We actually have 10.0.9, looking forward to 10.1.

Oh thanks!! There's another thread about restarts, and they're saying it might be related to the lock screen password or a class 6 SD card, could they be right?

Sadly you'll have to wait on blackberry to figure it out.
