    I've recently wiped my phone and got my Blackberry ID to bring back my files. Now I try to put a password then numbers show up although my numeric password is off. I use the two finger swipe up gesture to bring my Qwerty keyboard back and when I click on change device password it shows numbers again. Can't get it to alphanumeric password. Please help.
