    Hey folks,
I searched the forum for this problem but Didnt find any thread about it.
Since a few weeks every photo i take with the native Camera app is upside down. Can anybody help me fix this issue?

Already did a few restarts but nothing changed.

    Greetings from Hamburg / Germany

Have you tried turning the phone upside down while taking a picture ?

An OS reload would be your last bet.

Start BBVE (BlackBerry Virtual Expert) and run a full diagnostic first.

I think there is something wrong with the sensors.

Try the sensor test. If a test fails, try a reboot...

Maybe a complete wipe of the phone and reload the OS.
If it's still not working contact your reseller.

You have already restarted your phone several times. Did you also do a hard reset ? If not, just keep pushing both the volume up and down rockers until the BlackBerry logo is displayed.

Have you installed any Android apps that use the camera? If you have try removing them and see if that does anything, if not, I would try reloading the OS and then if that doesn't fix it then go back to your reseller.
