My Passport has been giving me major issues lately (daily) for the past couple weeks.

Details:
- My apps will all freeze up (Android, and Native). Once this problem has started any app that I try to open will not open properly. They will just freeze at the loading screens
- The main OS will partially run (can get to home screen, switch between apps, open HUB, etc.)
- Device Manager does not load!! Device Manager will open but it will not show the CPU, Memory or Battery Usage no matter what I select. It just says "loading..." but does nothing.

Only temporary fix is to do a hard reset will will fix the problem for around 24hrs then it will glitch again.

Apps I am consistently using:
- WhatsApp
- BBM
- CB10
- CBC News (Android - Snap)
- TinyCam Pro (Android - BB10)
- Waze (Android - Snap)
- BB10 Browser
- Face10 (rarely, but is running in background)

Anyone else have similar issues?
Anyone know the culprit or a solution?

Based on your description, I think your passport is busted. If a system wipe or reinstall by means of autoloader doesn't fix that, I don't think anything will--short of buying a new one.
Oh, and on that note, if you manage to get a new one, replace Face10 with FaceBox. Trust me, it's much better.

Get rid of Face10. I found it caused problems

Having to do a complete wipe and restore. Couldn't find the culprit and it got worse and worse as weeks went on. I was restarting my device 3 times a day as it was just hanging up and nothing was working at times

I honestly don't think it was necessarily a single app that was the problem. I had shut down (via device manager) all apps and the problem still came up. Definitely think it has something to do with the Android player or a background Android function. Always crashed in the middle of the night when the phone was in bedside mode which was odd.

Do an OS reload with link or use the auto loader. I am sure that will fix the issue.

Is is Face10. I have the same issue from time to time. I remove Face10, hard boot the phone and it is all back to flawless BB10 again. After a day I re-install Face10. After a couple of month Face10 does something that causes lagging, so I a go around the merry-go-round again.

Haven't really had a problem with Face10 other than trying to upload videos to facebook with it and it didn't work. But I have been noticing apps crashing lately and I've had this passport for two years
