Hey guys I know this is not an issue to most of you probably, but it is an issue none the less and needs reporting. I have noticed this on the Z10 and on my Q10.

When you have parental controls on and you try to change the background, the lock screen will not change 99% of the time. Another proof that it's the parental controls doing it, is that when you turn parental controls off the background often reverts back to what it was when you first turned it on.

Yeah. Surprised this thread hasn't taken off... I'm sure a lot of people would want to hear about this. Try contacting CrackBerry Kevin and maybe they can get an article up on this.
