Now that I have many apps not yet organized in any folders I accidentally tapped and dragged the "current dot"... it zooms through the pages very quickly so you don't have to slide them none by one....

This. Yes and it enlarges the number or icon so you can still see which page your on. Finally, if you have more than 4 active tiles, the active tiles icon will have a small arrow indicating you can go Up or Down to see the rest of your tiles.

It's little touches like this that give a BlackBerry device that professional, joy-to-use polish.
