    No, it's still not working.

    And yes, I did reload the OS and that did not help.

    Basically, anything I do on Outlook.com People does not get pushed down to my Z10. But if I create a contact on my Z10, it gets pushed up to Outlook.com. I seem to only have one way sync.

    It may be my Outlook.com account, not my Z10. Not yet sure.

    Have the same problem.

    Full wipe and reinstall re-loads all contacts and contact data at first but within 24 hours, all the outlook contact data not linked to contacts' social media accounts is missing, though thankfully still on outlook online and on my PC ...

    Hi xxslxx,

    Try removing the contacts sync from your account, wait a few minutes, and then enable it again. Give it some time to update.

    If that doesn't work, go to this link and request they fix your account like they did with the others as they have been fixing something on their end: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...0e0b6b2?page=9
