Can you use Sachesi to figure out what version the Android RT is? I have a feeling that this build series is the BES fix for that one contacts bug.

There is also the Exchange ActiveSync bug where you are prompted for your device password after you have already unlocked the phone, and if you don't enter it fast enough the offending account is removed from your device.
Then there is also a major ActiveSync sync delay some users are experiencing.
Both are reportedly acknowledged and being worked on by BlackBerry.
