    Having today re-read Bla1ze's post about an OS Update being on the way, I tried the Software Updates within System Settings (on my Passport).

    Have tried a few times over 4 hours this afternoon, and just get the same message:
    "Unable to connect to the update server. Please check your network connection settings or try again later"

    Not sure if this means that an OS Update is imminent, or just that the OS Update servers are inundated by BB10'ers all checking for an OS Updates.....

    Anybody else getting the same response?

    (And yes, I've checked my network connections and all are good....)

    Perhaps someone tripped on the power cord?

    Besides, it's the Easter weekend, I don't expect anything until Tuesday at the absolute earliest.

    Try hard booting your device. This happens to both my Zed and wife's Classic from time to time. I'll bet it will connect after the reboot.
    FWIW my Zed connected fine just now, no updates.

    My wife's z10 just auto installed the 10.3.2.2836 an I had no problems checking the server with mine...

    Thanks, a Reboot fixed it. Probably the first Reboot since the last software update....

    This happens regularly on my device and it has been an issue since 10.2.1. Don't ask why. The solution is to reboot. After a reboot the phenomenon has always gone by witchcraft.
