Sharing some of what I have noticed since I installed this build.

1- The boot screen load bar is now thinner.


2- After restarting apps I had open before the action is still open. Even after closing them the running apps section doesn't close. Just stays black with the date.


3- Icons are flatter now and doesn't have the background but also look more "cartoonish"


4- New Camera Layout


Hub accents are now back to blue again with a big compose at the bottom ( didn't take a pic)

I also noticed that the lockscreen had a different wallpaper than the app tray. Wondering if this will be a feature we get in the final build.
In this dev build btw there is no music or photos app.

Like Bla1ze I don't recommend daily driver use however it does receive calls and make calls, send and receive texts. Wifi and data works.

I am eager to see the final build and how it will all be. All in all with this dev build my Z10 does feel like a newer device.

Have you tried wiping after the os install? It may enables panorama mode.

In os 442, you have to wipe to get panorama mode

My initial plan was taking screenshots, however, I can't access the device storage, only the msd card.

Keeping in mind that this is a leaked OS and we're not sure how far along the development is, I wouldn't lose hope that certain features aren't going to be in the final build.

Currently there isn't a Clock app and bedside mode isn't working. In the image above, WhatsApp is the only thing I added.

This is not a leak. It is a publicly released gold candidate SDK OS release for developers. But anyone can download it.
It is a stripped down version with the essentials for developers to test their apps and prepare for release.

This is the reason for the missing panorama, clock... etc.

Update:
The dialer has been modified.


Call screen has been modified with a big end call button (blind and wearing sunglasses can you can't miss this end button)



You can interact with the active frames now. Hold on them and they can be moved around. Also the frame doesn't go most recent to the top left it goes to the bottom. I am not sure if this will stay for the final build.

Battery life? Off the charger at 7:15am, as of this post writing it is 10:58 am. I am at 29%. You can be the judge. All I have running is 1 email account, facebook, snap, twitter from android, es file explorer and a browser.

I like the feel of the OS, hoping it translates better to the final build but we can only wait and see.
