There's something wrong with that OS. Some people got it, some people never got it, some people couldn't update to it. I think it's just a bad OS that got out and after it did, there was no taking it back lol. Honestly, I would just go back to a different OS.

I agree. While some stuff was fixed with this update, the battery has taken a hit. Thought, it might just need a week to settle like the other updates.

Hmm, I think we all get different battery life with the same OS. I'm on this OS in Edmonton with Telus, and i would say this is no worse or better than any OS since February 5th., leaks, hybrids, even 10.2. I get 6-8 hours with BT on, and everything else off as per published tricks, and have done so since launch, all three batteries I own get about the same.

To be fair any of the updates after the leak version that failed, can't remember the number, has had inferior battery life compared to earlier builds.
But to be fair with each update battery life is improving again

10.1.0.2014 was waste of update, 1st showed up as 613 kb, 1 MB and then 63 MB, and woudl not downlaod or install properly for 3 days, always interupted.

My battery is lasting only 7-8 hours with minimum usage over 3 days so far, was getting 2-3 days sames patterns and getting worse, can't even have phone fully charged and goto sleep as alarm with not go off as battery is dead, have to leav eit on charger.

Also on Telus with same release and took a big hit on battery ad well. I had amazing battery life before and now it simply sucks. Even on 3G. Definitely recommend against upgrading to this release.

When if ever will BBRY have decent monitoring tools so we can identify what is causing the battery drain.

I wish I could go back but can't afford the loss of data since BlackBerry lino won't backup my z10. Too much app data would be lost such as dozens and dozens of tasks and notes in Remember.

Updates are very slow to come so I suspect I will have to live with this pathetic battery life for a long time to come. I can no longer tell others that my Z has amazing battery life as that has now been lost with this latest upgrade (downgrade).

Let's hope BBRY fixes this before Xmas.

I have the exact same problem with my phone. I'm also with telus and updated a few days ago. my phone is almost dead by noon. (I take it off the charger at 7:30) Before, I could last a whole day without charging.

I'm liking my day so far on Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.2050 and I've had BT on all day.
