    So as the title describes, I have thousands of E-mails on my device. Is there a way to delete E-mails that are older than 3 months?

    On an IMAP account (such as Gmail free version), Yes. Go to account settings, scroll down and set sync Timeframe to 90 days from the drop down.

    For an EAS account (such as outlook.com), no. The longest time before forever is 30 days.

    I have no idea why the are so different.

    But that won't delete the emails from the server if that's what you want.
    It will work if you don't want to see the emails prior to certain time.
