If your phones from shop blackberry then you should have got the update by now. If your phone is from a carrier then you have to wait. If your phones unlocked then back it up, factory reset and then update.

I got z30 10.3 update in toronto, on Tuesday! Works well. I removed the sim and it seemed to work. I had to download it twice and install twice though. It could be because I put my sim back in half way through. Overall better os.

It seems to me that Blackberry hasn't released the new OS to Q10 SQN100-5.
I checked for updates on sachesi from many carriers carrying the sqn100-5 and none had it.

This is ridiculous.

friends I will suggest everyone to update via Sachesi. I did it and found it great...my zed works flawless ...!!

In the exact same boat here. I'm on an older 10.3.1 leak, but that doesn't matter.

It's two weeks and I don't get the update yet!
Have a factory unlocked Z10STL100-3, with the model RFK121LW, which the BlackBerry push update for, however, I still don't have it! WTF

Stl100-3 New York, Tmo, obviously nothing.... and t-mobile said since we haven't had an update in a year, this probably won't happen anytime soon if ever. But if I "really must " get 10.3 I'll need to try and find a file online... I guess in the "BlackBerry specialist" eyes, it doesn't seem like a major software update after more than a year is necessary. So for the next 3 years I'll just chill over here with 10.2.1, while the rest of the world is on BB20/20 lol... I downloaded from sachesi, waiting for some down time with work to give it a go, wish me luck!
