    I am receiving a notification to update my OS. However the offered version is the same that theoretically I have (10.3.2.2836 and 2MB size).

    Is it a mistake of my device? BlackBerry central server?

    You may have deleted some carrier apps. This update reinstalls them. You can ignore it.
