    My passport that I purchased on shopblackberry on day one hasn't received the update as yet. I am on 10.3.1 but is the one that att accidentally pushed to devices last year. Would this play a part in me not receiving the update as yet?

    No that shouldn't affect anything.

    If you're still not seeing it, you could try removing SIM card, rebooting, and check for updates again over Wi-Fi.

    I have tried this numerous times on my factory unlocked ShopBlackBerry Z10 and Q10 here in Colorado and no update is showing up. In addition, I have tried to update with BlackBerry Link without any results either.

    I'm curious why the update isn't being received here. Any current updated information would be greatly appreciated.

    You can also try the web update method. From a desktop PC go to:
    www.BlackBerry.com/Update

    ***WARNING***
    This method may wipe device. Please make a full Backup using Link before attempting. After successful OS install, do not restore Android Runtime data. (Uncheck that box from selective Restore list.)

    I also have not had the update provided for my black or red shopblackberry passport. My rogers z10 and q10 did update

    BlackBerry is actively trying to fix the issue of shopblackberry devices not updating. This was tweeted by @MichaelClewley...

    Regarding phones purchased through ShopBB. We are working through some issues on flipping the right bits.Bear with us but it is happening.
