Have you done a manual check? I've had the update for quite a while. Without using another sim to initiate the update

I got mine within mins of seeing the first topic on here. Be warned though, if tethering worked on tablets, other phones, and consoles for you (its not supposed to), it won't after you update.

They changed something and I get the tethering message on the other device but not the phone, I get a text on the phone saying I don't have tethering. Before I could tether almost anything except my laptop without warnings, now, nothing
