    Don't know what to do haven't got update on unlocked Q10SQN100-3/10.2.1.3175... here in India. also same situation for Z30 bought from shopBB in Blackfriday sale. Have tried doing everything. Oh God WHY!!!!!!!

    Your choices are load the update manually, or wait for the push to happen. Not all carriers/countries have pushed the update, yet.
