    Am using an unlocked blackberry Q10 I bought directly online from blackberry, but I don't have any update notification for 10.2.1. After checking for updates manually it shows its up to date. I need help

    Same here for a unlocked Z10 bought through Amazon Germany, with a Free Mobile France SIM card (current version is 10.2.0.429).
