    Hello I am trying to use my Z10 to transfer pictures to a few Bold 9900 users but getting the message unable to connect. I have insured NFC is turned on on both phones and I even turned on blue tooth on both devices. I would really appreciate any suggestions on how I can resolve this. Side note is that I have transferred pictures to another Z10 after the 10.2.1 update.

    The NFC of my Blackberry's are temperamental too. Even after reboot's they sometimes don't work. I don't know what the fix is.

    Don't have an answer but it should work according to this article:-

    Password need to be unlocked and apparently it won't work if you have a flip case.
