    Yes, that would be your carrier's bloatware or the update to 2141 like the other official OS.

    I already had 10.2.1 ans this update seems to fix the "HTML disabled by IT policy" for my Google Apps EAS account.

    I got the update too in Hong Kong. It's very good that BlackBerry fixed the issue of "HTML disable" when I reply my email of Goggle App account. Bravo!
