Just got my new Q10 today. Slipped in my SIM and MicroSD card and it was working great. Notified of a new update (10.1.0.2030). Downloaded and installed it and it rebooted and is stuck at the 100% loading screen. It's been roughly 30 minutes - should I pull the battery and reboot it or let it sit another hour or so?

I saw a couple of threads on other carriers (like Rogers) that had an issue with it stuck at 100% with an update and it took about an hour for it to boot back up. Didn't see anything about AT&T, though.

It's been over an hour and a half now. Still stuck at the 100% mark. Phone is a little warm. Should I leave it on overnight if it doesn't boot up all the way by the time I go to bed?

Hi,

Same problem as OP.

Except I waited 2 hours and then pulled my battery without knowing. I put it back in and now its still stuck at 100% and it's been almost an hour again.

This is really frustrating. Any help is appreciated.

You might want to run a debrick. Don't know where to get it but it should help.

I let it sit for about another hour after I posted the last message. Then I pushed the power button a few times and it turned off (found a thread where a guy did this), and then it wouldn't turn back on. So I pulled out the battery, popped it back in and it booted up perfectly. Thanks for the help!!
