    This is one of my favorite new features coming to 10.3, haven't really read anything about it but if you look at the endless posts you see a Z30 with 6 rows of icons and in yesterday's post of 10.3, it's what appears to be a Z10 with 4 rows with a pot of space, so I'm assuming a 5th row is coming also

    This has been confirmed too.
    Home screen (active frames screen) will remain there even without anything open
