    I updated my Q10 last week to 10.3.1.1779 via auto air updates.
    but since then i have been having very poor reception, many times i have no signal and the Data connection is completely shut cut down.
    i contacted my carrier's customer support first to see whats wrong, according to them everything is well established and up and running.
    so i suspect something went wrong after the upgrade.
    PS. everything was working perfectly prior to the update.

    What should i do ?

    I would download the update again from this repository and load it yourself. Those OTA updates cause a lot more problems than they're worth.

    Aight, but how do I load it myself? I've Never messed around with blackberry before. Would I be using BlackBerry Link something?
