I'm planning on selling my z10 and buying a z30
I tried performing a security wipe, but the android runtime that I installed a few months earlier is still there in my apps menu, I was having some problems with my android apps after I updated to 10.2.1, the same issues exist after the security wipe
Which leads me to believe that a security wipe isn't secure enough and it won't actually delete and wipe all of my information..
So is there's any way to actually wipe everything from my phone and restore it to how it was originally?

try restoring with blackberry link, or using an autoloader

Failing that, try a forced reload. Set a password on the device, then fail to enter it correctly X times. On the last failure it should reload the device, etc...
