Hi there,

am just setting up a Multi-Tenant BES 10 server on Windows Server 2012 with Exchange 2013.
The server is running in High Availibity failover with a failover High Availability Group on SQL 2012.

I'm at the stage where I need to configure the LDAP searching specific for for each client and cannot see for the life of me how to do it.

All articles I have found seem to relate to BES 5.0.x but nothing at all for BES 10.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Walk through the Admin guide, remember BES10 connects differently than BES5 does. 10 uses ActiveSync. make sure you have your Exchange settings in there properly and create your Email profile.

Under BlackBerry Device Services > BlackBerry Solution Management you have

Microsoft Active Directory integration > Manage Microsoft Active Directory access > View Microsoft Active Directory access (Active Directory
Configuration)

Check there for the AD specific configuration.
