My Z10 has become really laggy and slow and I don't know why. Any recommendations to help restore it? Is a full wipe and reload the best course of action? If I wipe the phone what happens to my apps that I bought and will I pose my BBM contacts and conversations? I keep all my music pics and contacts on my SD card. Thanks

Yes best bet is to reload the os. You don't have to wipe if you don't want to. Autoloader is the best way to go.
Full back up on Link first. You can do a full restore and all your apps will come back. You will not lose your BBM contacts, they are tied to your BBID. As for the convo's, you shouldn't if you do a full restore, but sometimes people have lost them.

Autoloader is probably best option, but it's a destructive install, which is essentially wiping the device. Backup first.

Have you tried using the up and down volume key reset to see if a hard reboot resolved your issue? You may not need a wipe and restore.

Press and hold the up and down volume keys at the same time. Keep holding them both down until your device reboots. You will see your device take a screen shot after you first press both keys (because that's how you take a screen shot), but keep holding long past that and your device will eventually reboot.

You can downgrade it to the stock Os via the BlackBerry Link. By opening app/preferences/Reload.!

Downgraded from 10.3.1 to 10.2.1 official, still shuttering Z 29
