    I didnt do a software update. I have been avoiding this for 9months as my previous BBZ10 has had a mother board problem and I had to replace it with this one. However, recently I had connected to a very fast wifi and since then I have been receiving problems. I'm not sure if there has been an automatic software update and the OS system isnt compatible with text message and blackberry hub. I have tried a factory reload using blackberry link on my laptop but it still isnt working. Please can someone help me out. Thank you in advance!
