    i want my previous bb id to work on the new device
    if i try to login it says that the id is in use while the old z10 is dead and doesnt switch on
    i have few purchased apps on this ID,can anyone help?

    Log into your BB protect on a computer and delete your old Z10. Then log into your new device.
