    Since I can't download music from BlackBerry World, because of this: App World music download error - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
    What are the other alternatives to legally downloading music for my BlackBerry 10 device?

    Any DRM free music you buy on iTunes on your PC can be transferred to your device. If it has to be on your device, you can try eMusic from BB App World. Also you can use Amazon MP3 from the Amazon App Store if you have 10.2.1, and you have installed the store. And yes you can buy music, and yes it downloads and plays fine.
