    I take back my earlier comment about it being fully fixed. Those error messages don't appear, but all music it downloaded is corrupted and won't play.

    Will try again when I'm back near WIFI or LTE coverage, but not happy with this. Are there alternative apps to get music from on BB10 (that are not androidy)?

    Yeah, I bought an album a few hours ago and I can only download the first track. Anything else and I get this error:

    Tried WiFi/LTE, refreshing BlackBerry World, rebooting the phone, etc.

    I'm still having issues with this. I'm beyond frustrated... I've emailed BlackBerry support, I've emailed 7digital and tweeted @7digitalhelp. No one is helping and I'm getting pissed!!!

    Still not working here either. If it's still not working by the end of the week and I haven't heard back from BlackBerry I'll just initiate a charge back I guess. Wonder what the issue is :/

    No idea. BlackBerry have not responded to any of my emails, whereas 7 Digital passed the buck in the tweet.

    It's only a few pounds spent, but the songs are corrupted that it downloads. I like my BlackBerry, but issues like this, however small, are in the mixing pot with all other little issues too. My overall feeling of BB10 after a year is moving towards the side of negativity now... :-(

    Still no music for me, just tried to do a couple updates that are showing in my notifications. Nothing. The music either says error downloading from 7 digital or downloading failed. Umm, ya, no ****e.

    My updates say an error has occurred...

    No response from BlackBerry. I've emailed them 3 times now. Even if they don't give a sheet, at least respond with something like, we're looking into it or sorry, give us some time or whatever....

    GD'it this is frustrating. Just give us a solution and we can all broadcast it. This is just. Ugh.

    Guys I had the same problem and just got it fixed. I was talking with blackberry help on twitter and they had me turn off wifii, refresh blackberry world (settings, general,refresh ) turn wifii back on and then purchase the Cd again. So I would recommend direct messaging blackberry help and they will help you.

    This didn't work for me either, although I have no option to Re buy the album, just download. Clicking download just gives the same error as before.

    I tried downloading my old album again tonight and it still fails. Am curious though if new purchases would produce the same error, or if you've all also given up on BB World for music?

    I have bought albums since then without this error, but the error persists with anything that had it previously.

    OK I seemed to have figured it out... I changed my payment method to carrier billing.. I bought a song... then I switched it back to PayPal billing and continued to download the ones the failed before and some new ones...
