    I am unable to find music files (mp3) in music.. how to restart music option ( without restart, coz I tried that too) ...

    I don't think there any option to restart music app other than closing it and reopening it.
    Guess restarting the phone will be a best choice for you.
    The sd card might be corrupted or have some issues, so restarting the phone will be best to correct this and your mp3 files get displayed again.
    That's if the sd card is still good.

    Good morning,

    I'm having the same issue. I'm using a brand new Sandisk 64 GB Micro SD and the files are in the card as I can see them on my desktop computer when I connect the phone to it. When I go back in to my Z10 within file explorer there is a significant amount of files I cant see that I saw are on the card from my desktop. Please help us!
