I tried to search for this but nothing specific came up.

I had left my phone on my desk for a couple of hours this morning and noticed when I came back I had a number of new messages that I haven't read before but only the newest one was marked unread while the others were marked unread.

Does this happen often and is there a fix in the works?

Was it password protected? Could someone have picked it up and read some of your messages?

Mine does that with the emails that I read on my desktop. It'll do that if you have it set to sync.

Not password protected. I didnt have any email program open during that time.

I have sync set to manual and the BlackBerry was sitting on my desk for a couple of hours. Not really a huge issue but annoying when I have to make sure I backtrack in my messages to make sure they're read and actioned.
