Seems indeed like the Z10. A filter is applied to the image plus highlights are blown out which makes it harder to recognise.

Seems like the Z10 is the only phone that doesn't place the front camera on the top non-screen bezel (it's part of the glass facade of the screen). Even the Z30 places the camera alongside the top speaker.

Seems a bit wide, but as someone else mentioned, could be a result of the filter being used.

The note has an all glass front face extending to the top lip. The one thing you can clearly see from the pic is that there are two materials on that front face.

There's no way that's a Z10. It's too big, the top bezel of a Z10 isn't grey and the speaker is much larger than on a Z10.

It cant be samsung as ear piece is different. And samsung write samsung under the ear piece. I used a z10 so it was looking like that. She has a deal with samsung but it doesnt stop anyone from using other phones as long as she has a samusng with her

Yes. Z10 speaker is not as wide as that. See your Z10. The speaker is less than a third of the total width of the top bezel. But look at Sharapova's phone, it's almost a third of the top bezel, or more.

That's more likely a result of the filter that was applied or the image, which appears to increase the exaggerate the upper levels/bins of the brightness histogram. Makes brighter elements appear to "spill over" or "shine over" onto neighboring areas.
