hi i need help i updated to 10.2 and the native app loaded and found my location and my destination location but it couldnt do turn by turn but it could tell me list direction, also i have the gadget box app and the speed gadget in there also wont acquire a satellite, i thought it was an os issue so i reloaded back the 10.1 and nothing same issue with the gps please need suggestions i am using Z10 STL-001 thanks

has to be something wrong with the location but i dont understand because it finds my exact location

Thanks a lot hopefully idk what to do anything that requires an active location on won't work it finds my current one but can't keep a lock on it.

I am getting that error after the latest update. Spoke with blackberry help and they passed me on to my carrier. So hopefully something happens

First time I tried maps after the update to 10.2. Turn by turn gives me the 1013 error "GPS location could not be found". Randomly worked last night and tried again this morning on;y to get the same error. The map will give me directions but will not load the turn by turn navigation.
Any help? Uninstall and re-install of maps did not help.

If I toggle navigation and clear recent results. It sometimes works. But most times it does not. On the Q5 using latest update.
