I recently upgraded to the Elite 10.2 release and I backed up my phone contacts now all of them are gone! is there a way to get them back or do i need to downgrade back to 10.1?

Can you not restore your backup? Are they cloud based like google or outlook/hotmail?

Had you backed up your device prior to the update, you should be able to restore the contacts to the device.

Otherwise, you're out of luck.

yes, every other contact information is intact (facebook, twitter, Linked, Gmaiol, etc etc etc) but phone contacts, logs, sms are all gone, I guess i will have to downgrade to 10.1 again back upo contact differently and then upgrade .
