Beware when you update the phone OS:

You lose your sms.

You lose your draft emails that you opened on the mobile.

When I open a new, empty draft, and create a new email message, using my BlackBerry OS10 phone, it's still a draft until it gets sent. That's normal. But it's not saved or synced to the base Gmail or Outlook account. So, I cannot finish it off later from any other computing device. (Is this standard for all other mobile OS's?). But they get deleted (or lost) when you update the OS. I lost draft emails when I allowed the phone to get an update of the bb10 OS. I didn't know enough to send draft emails out first.

Only when you load a leak via an autoloader will you loose all data. Autoloader installation is destructive as opposed to carrier pushed OTA updates that is non destructive.

Again, amazed at the different experience ppl have with this phone and OS. This has never happened to me and I've updated at least 4 times OTA.

Few time back I found half of my contract didn't loaded from link after restoration of contacts
