    Hello, I thought we could use the Web version of YouTube but turns out I can't, is there any trick or way around this?

    Joking around isn't very helpful, esp. considering that YouTube live streams work fine on BB10, you just have to enable Desktop Mode in the browser settings.

    Try one of the usual solutions, if you haven't done them yet...
    Restart phone
    Hard reset
    Wipe
    Reload OS

    Like I said: it can't retrieve media in mobile mode, but if you set the browser to desktop mode in Settings --> Developer Tools, then live streaming does work (you need to make sure you're not still on m.youtube.com though).
