Sorry if this has already been covered but I couldn't find any help using the search function.

I just updated my Bell Z10 to 10.3.2 last night and now my lock screen notifications don't work. Here's what I've done so far:

Turned notification off and then on again.
Turned notification off and restarted phone then turned back on and restarted.
Turned BlackBerry Protect off, restart.
Password locked and then unlocked.

Anybody else having this problem or know of a fix? I have 2 Co workers with Z10s and neither of them have had this problem.

Some people had this problem after they used BlackBerry protect from pc.. even if you didn't use that you can try solution.. go to protect and send message and then it will work again...

It's a weird solution but it works. I had the same issue a while back as well. It has to do with blackberry protect. sign in and send the a display message from the second option under locating device. It will ask him to create a password if you don't have one setup. If you want no password on device after command sent turn of password in security settings
