    On my BB z10, i downloaded the BBWorld Recovery tool onto my windows7 laptop, connected my z10, it installed with confirmation on both devices..
    NOW, when i try to launch BBW from the z10, it states: "there was a connection problem. BBW must close."

    Try running it again, and then rebooting your device. If it still doesn't work, you might have to load a different .BAR file or perhaps BlackBerry World is just having some issues atm.
