Just wanted to say what a brilliant job jamespaulmuir has done developing the Snap app to install Android apps onto Blackberry OS10. I sideloaded it with Chrome on my netbook, following instructions I found on here, and it It installs seamlessly and just works straight away. No need to search out BAR files for the apps you'd like, just install Snap and you're straight into the google play store which has pretty much anything you're going to want.

Before I installed it I read up on sideloading apps individually by searching out the BAR files etc etc. I tried installing a couple, but it was hit-or-miss whether they worked or not. Now that I've discovered the Snap app though, it really makes all that irrelevant. I can't recommend this app highly enough.

Snap really is one magic piece of software. I can't believe it does what it does.

Feels great to be able to use some missing apps on Android framework till native ones become available.

Yup! Isn't it fantastic? Been using SNAP to load bar files for my last two OS upgrades!
Makes it sooooo simple!

Absolutely. This should be an app in the BB app store, and jamespaulmuir should be making a ton of money out of it! There's no justice in the world.
