Laggy/sticking games - OS related?
Anyone else experienced less than fluid gameplay? The newly released oregan trail is an example, but the worst example is the saving yello game, this game lags like **** when playing. Never experienced lag on the PB with games, is it just these apps?

Can't say I've noticed it on either game...

Do you have a whole bunch of stuff running at the same time? I haven't noticed lag in either game and I'm playing them on a dev alpha with only 1Gb ram.

I have nothing running, but with saving yello, as soon as you hit an obstacle the game lags, it was visible in the CB review. When you hit any form of box the gane freezes momentarily then resumes with a 'sticky' animation

The only lag I've noticed is with a few android apps/games and, specifically, Saving Yellow. For some reason it starts to run very slowly at certain points. Chasing Yellow works fine and has better graphics imo, so I don't see why Saving Yellow would lag. :/

Asphalt 7 is a terribly buggy / laggy game. If you can get into a race though, it's pretty good

It could be as simple as the dev alpha using OMAP chip with one brand of GPU and the final Z10 using Qualcomm S4 with another brand of GPU --- the games would need a v1.1 upgrade to get all the graphics textures size optimized for the Qualcomm GPU.

Oregon Trail is smooth for me for the most part, but sometimes I find myself trying to pinch to zoom quite a few times until it actually zooms in. Also, selecting items to purchase can sometimes require quite a few taps for it to register.

Seems that most issues are OS related. Why release with such an unreliable OS?
