If you are into side loading apps this has always worked the best for me...

*get unlocked android runtime ( add after the 10.2 leak or else it won't work)

* use Google Chrome method (good article on how to set this up on cb)

This allows you to get apps without using a debug token which is confusing for some. Also look in the forms for help as plenty of people have been there before

Should have waited for the Z30! The Z10 is a good choice to though. Latest OS would be 10.2.0.1767 as stated before.
