Carriers don't necessarily push every update, so some people are getting a major update versus some people are just getting incremental ones because their carrier always pushes updates. Also, some people have installed leaks which means they'll have a more recent version to update from.

Turkey has it too! The other updates were so late and rumors were saying Os won't be updated bcause of the android support.. I'm happy to see the update.

Using Sachesi I have found several countries that show the 10.3.2.2474 for my Z30 but showing Update 10.3.2.2474 available for STA 100-2!
I am in the USA and my Z30 is STA-100-5. Will this work? Or what should I change to use it? Help please.
