U never tried jio4Gvoice call app from apkpure?
I simpley tried installing in my Q10 without any patch and it got installed. I don't have a jio sim and I am not in india right now. Hence I couldn't try using sim.

You can make calls from Jio4gVoice App by registering on Jio WiFi network.
If you have Jio sim in BB10 phone and if Internet is working make sure you are receiving SMS on alternate number provided at the time of sim purchase.
If Jio4gVoice App is showing online then you can register your App by getting OTP on alternate number.
If it is not working:
Best solution is JioFi2 router use any network sim in BB10 phone connect phone with JioFi2 and register Jio4gVoice App on BB10.
Enjoy call making.
However i see no future of this Jio as their rates are high without any significant benefit over other service providers.
And the speed is also not so good.

Please anyone can say...jiofi work to call with BlackBerry 10 os....
If anyone tried calling using jiofi please inform...

You CANNOT use ANY BB10 phone with Jio.

NONE of them have the right LTE bands, and even if you can install the Jio app, Android apps don't have access to the telephony stack on BB10. So it will not work to make calls.

EVER.

You'll have to get an android device.

Not without band support. The sys.data.carrier_data bar file includes a list of carriers, with individual configuration files (mobile network technology names and availability, MMS/SMS, tethering rules, etc.) in the OS; 10.3.3 adds Jio for some reason.

No TD-LTE BB10 device saw the light of day, so I have no idea why this was added. Might be for the same reason stubs of various languages (including the infamous Lithuanian) were added in 10.3.2 without actually adding the languages themselves.

I haven't heard anything about successful VoLTE on a BB10 device either.

I'm not in a position to use or care about Jio, just stating that 10.3.3 is the first time Jio has been mentioned in the OS, and might be of some benefit, if one is in the right location, with the right network bands and has the right phone. Realistically, "right phone" excludes BB10, though.
