    A company I work for sent me a .jad file, that apparently is an app they want to load on my Blackberry.

    I assume the reason it won't open, is because I have a Z10, and .jad is for OS7 or earlier, is that correct?

    Just wanted to make sure before I told them.

    You cannot install a jad, jar or cod file on an OS10 device. BAR files only

    There is no solution. You are trying to install a file that is not compatible with OS10. If your looking for a solution, tell them you can only install files is .bar
