I am having an issue with typing in the sign in box on this webpage. I have tried the browser in desktop mode as well.

Anyone know a way to make this work?

    This is the page: https://myconnection.safetyauthority...unt/User/LogOn

I just downloaded Dolphin Browser from Snap and still can't quite get it to work.

At least with Dolphin I was able to paste into the field box but I think pasting my password won't work properly.

Any other browsers I should try?

    Chrome - wouldn't load app
Firefox - same issue as Dolphin and BlackBerry Browser (can't type)

Used my workers iPhone with the Safari Browser and that worked perfectly. He was so proud of his POS iPhone.

Funnily enough, it works from the BlackBerry browser imbedded in the CB10 app. Weird.
Looks like some bad Javascript to me.

OK, from the BlackBerry browser, do the double fingered swipe from the bottom of the screen to bring up the keyboard. Press a letter, eg. q. Touch in the box where you want to type. Type.

Thank you for your suggestions and testing it out.

First : CB10 browser does work for typing in the field box. But for some reason I still can't get in. Says wrong password even though I know for sure it is correct....

Second: I can't do a two finger swipe up from my BlackBerry as I have a Passport. But I remember it not working as well with my old Z10. The keyboard would just drop instantly when I tried to type. Are you saying you can get the keyboard to stay up with a Z10/Z30?

Nevermind. I can get in with the CB10 browser.

But now in the webpage the information (current permits list) is blank. What a pain in the ***.

Does the Passport not have a numeric and symbol virtual keyboard - does it not come up with the two fingered swipe?
On the z10, the keyboard appears briefly then disappears before you can type. My workaround allows the keyboard to stay and enable typing.

I haven't looked on my PC, but I imagine the website probably disables right click using Javascript, with some nasty side effects. Maybe CB10 disables Javascript so the login works. Likewise, because Javascript may be disabled in the CB10 browser, when logged in, the website displays no useful info.

The "special" keyboard come up automatically when you are in a text field. But on this webpage it drops right away as you have seen on the Z10. I thought I had tried a two finger swipe up when I had a Z10 but couldn't get it to work. So you are actually able to type in the fields with a Z10?

    Daan,

YES it actually worked. I tried so many browsers to try and make this work. I'm glad to have paid for your browser because it works!!

Out of curiosity, do you know what is wrong with all the other browsers (or the webpage) to have this issue?
